I am in a family sharing plan with my sisters boyfriend, but I want to buy an app with credit I have with my apple I.D. not with the credit card connected with the family sharing how do I do this?

If you have an account balance in the App Store, normally the charge will be deducted from that before the organizer's credit card is charged.
