I recently just got an IPhone 6 and everything is alright except for when i charge it fully to 100% and i use it for like 5 minutes and when i check the battery its at 75% or lower and when i charge it again it only takes a couple of minutes for it to go back to 100%. I was wondering if i need to buy a new battery? and where to buy it from?

If its less than 80%, you need a new battery.

Well, if you want to check your battery health you can go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health > check Maximum Capacity, if it is less than 80% you will need to go to apple store to replace the battery, if maximum capacity is less than 80%. And you can follow article, to maximize battery life.
