issues with my apple earbuds

when i bought my phone the pair of aux earbuds i received with it had issues upon the first time of using them. i cant take videos or go on phone calls without a buzzing noise being heard as a result. whenever the wire moves out of place where it comes out of the little volume control button thing, whether im standing or not, it affects whether or not i hear what im listening to through both ears evenly. sitting alone i experience issues where my volume randomly raises or lowers. ive only had these earbuds for 5 days. :(
