The mac mini 2012 late upgrade 16 ram make crashed

Dear Sir

I upgrade 16GB to my mac mini 2012 (late, Part No.MD388TA/A) memory ram. It made the mac crashed when I into the desktop. I use the Kingston memory ram 8g x 2 (KVR16SS/8) 1.5V.

Could you help me to check the memory ram it can use the mac mini 2012(late)?

Thanks

Reagrds,

Max

This is the only 8GB RAM Kingston specifies for the Mac mini on their site.

OWC has matching RAM that's less expensive, same speed, etc, same warranty

Crucial also sells mac RAM, just make sure any RAM you buy says it works with that model Mac. Matching speed, latency, timing, etc isn't aways a sure thing with Macs.

also if you have not done so already putting an SSD in the 2012 would add YEARS to that computer's viability.
