The file "iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read.

I recently erased my MacBook Pro's internal drive and reinstalled macOS High Sierra. During the setup I used Migration Assistant to transfer my data from my PC to my Mac. However when I attempted to launch iTunes, this showed up. Prior to the erase and reinstall, iTunes was working perfectly fine. I have searched for solutions but only got solutions for PCs. I do have the latest version of iTunes and macOS High Sierra available installed. How do I fix this. System information is included in the screenshot.
