What is the normal AirPods volume percentage to prevent hearing loss?

Yeah, the title says everything.

When I’m at home, I use them generally 30 - 50% maximum. When I’m on work or walking down the streets, can get up from 60 - 80%.

I’ve known people who use their AirPods 100% of the volume, I’m sure they’ll have in the future hearing problems; but what is the limit?

No one on this site is a doctor and should not be giving medical advice but the standard mp3 player at maximum volume is about 105bd. That being said using them at "30 - 50% maximum." is not a dynamic measurement. For instance a Edvard Grieg's "Death of Æse" at 50% may not be as "loud" as the engineered audio mix for Slayers "Angel of Death" at 30%, and a different db measurement entirely
