Is it possible to get the last 3-6 months of screentime data from your phone?

Hi,

I've been using screen time to monitor how much I use my phone. However, I find it quite annoying I can't say whether my behaviour changed over multiple weeks. Is it possible to download or access screen time data from my phone over longer than the last 7 days? It doesn't help me if I check every day and they say '-20% since last week'. I just want to see my all time data. Is this possible?
