Why can’t I access my Apple ID profile

My daughter can not access her Apple ID profile on her iPhone. Why? How can we fix this?

Issues with Apple ID profile on iPad before iPad was connected with my daughter account we delete her account and she create new one. iPad was on all the time. Now u understand that we cannot do any think with that. Say that Apple ID is not existing any more. We have password and now all the time device inform us to log in on profile and when we use our login and pass inform us that there is not any users with that criteria. What we have to do? You are welcome. Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Yes, she can. And let me apologize, after searching for what felt like hours, I realize that when I posted my question on here I did not word it right. It’s not a problem with the password. I’m unable to click the Apple ID under settings, and under iTunes. People have phrased it as it being “greyed” out. Thank you for your response and I appreciate any further ideas.
