i want to end the swim app on Apple Watch series 4. I think I am doing what you suggest on this page and user manual. After it pauses and I turn the Digital Crown. I see no evidence of it unlocking
Keep turning, it might need several full rotations on the Digital Crown. You will know when you have turned enough to release the water lock because the watch will make some buzzing and beeping to eject the water from the speaker.

Quite honestly I think I am doing what you suggest to end the swim workout. I can get it to pause, but not to end. Turning the Digital Crown makes the water drop grow, but I see no way it ends. Is there a video of this?
