Can I transfer money to another persons Apple Pay internationally
My girlfriend lives in Dubai we both have IPhones so I was wondering if I could send her money through our IPhone Apple Pay I’m in the USA and she is in the UAE

I see from your post that you want to send money using Apple Pay from the United States to someone in the United Arab Emirates.
As noted in the article If you need help sending or receiving money in Messages with Apple Pay:
"You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to send and receive money with Apple Pay and use Apple Pay Cash. "
In this instance, you would not be able to send money to UAE for anyone to receive.
