Where can I send a spam email

I received $45 receipt from the App Store, the purchase seems to be Algeria. I think it’s a phishing attempt. Where can I forward the message?

I have received an email saying I made a purchase from a different IP address Hello I have received an email saying I made a purchase from a different IP address.
