I’m logged into my Apple ID on my phone but when I go to download something off the App Store it says my account is locked and won’t let me unlock it, why is that?

I’m logged into my Apple ID account on my phone but every time I try to download something, even if it’s free it says my account is locked and I just reset it. Why is that?

 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
