You may need to go a different route then: visit an Apple store (with someone if necessary) or use a hardware issue during the triage process so you will wind up with a Genius Bar appointment opportunity. I would also suggest that you immediately inform them why you cannot use a phone, so they can tailor their response mechanism.
Thanks for the thought . . . as I said I do not use the phone so that isn't helpful and cant do chat because of it's real time nature.
not helpful . . . there is no Apple store where I live though I have three Mac computers.
Why not get an interpreter to help you use the available contact methods?
How was I supposed to know that there is no Apple store?

Knowing what your "Customer Service" issue is would help us help you - we user volunteers MAY be able to help your here in the forums - OR - figure out a "triage" path that would lead to an email option
I have only seen email option on a few triaged issues (can't remember which ones) > Contact Apple Support
