iCloud Music Library Option Missing

I don't have any of the options shown above under Library name, only "Show Apple Music Features." How do I get these to show up so that I can store my music in the cloud?

Why is iCloud Library Compulsory for saving from Apple Music? Hi, I have recently switched from Spotify to Apple Music but I'm finding the compulsory iCloud Music Library really frustrating. ICloud Music Library How do I turn on Icloud music library on my computer. The songs have faded clouds next to them and will not play.

In order to have access to iCloud Music Library, you must subscribe to Apple Music, iTunes Match, or both.
