Music download

After purchasing many albums on iTunes, and listening to it once, album doesn’t appear under albums/artists, or anywhere in my library. It still appears as purchased music on iTunes(all earlier ones do not) and repeated attempt to down load or listen have had negative results. I have plenty of memory and tons of cloud storage and my phone is under 2 years old. Is there any way to delete these albums and redownload? Thx!
