After purchasing many albums on iTunes, and listening to it once, album doesn’t appear under albums/artists, or anywhere in my library. It still appears as purchased music on iTunes(all earlier ones do not) and repeated attempt to down load or listen have had negative results. I have plenty of memory and tons of cloud storage and my phone is under 2 years old. Is there any way to delete these albums and redownload? Thx!

To redownload them you need free space on the phone, how much iCloud storage you have is pretty much irrelevant.
