All of my music just disappeared.

All of my music just disappeared. We’ve had Apple Music for at least 6 months, i’m Still logged in. And I was just scrolling through my music about an hour ago so what happened to it?

Check the status of your subscription

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

and verify your payment info

And if applicable, iTunes balance https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT202359 


if there was a problem with your payment, Apple cancels the subscription and thus the music will vanish.
