my IMessage is connected to my old apple ID with my current phone number but now i have a new apple ID and i want to connect it , it sends me a note that there’s mismatch the apple ID

Have you signed out of Messages and sign back in since you got the new Apple ID? Have you tried adding the phone number to the new ID?
