Credit for Return (Barclays Loan)

Hi! I couldn’t find an answer to this, so I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I bought an iPad Pro + Pencil + Smart Keyboard (Portuguese) on Feb 24th and they shipped them three days ago. So far so good, but now Apple sent me the invoice to the order and after that a “credit memo” with a Credit for Return Number for the Smart Keyboard, but I didn’t request any cancellation and it also says “return” on the tracking page but still showing as shipped.

I’d like to know if it’s a problem with Apple for not having the product (?) and how I would be charged for that as I bought them with a Barclays Loan.

We are all other users here and do not work for Apple. Have you tried to contact Apple - check your order online for a "report a problem" link. And, since we do not have access to your account, we would not be able to answer your question re. Barclays.

I just wanted to know if anyone had experienced this kind of return situation before even get the items delivered. I will contact Apple in the morning.
