iCloud photos issues

So recently I received a new apple phone, I transferred everything from my old apple onto this one no problems. I gave my old phone to my boyfriend to use and he ended up deleting everything off this. In result this deleted all of my photos off from my new phone and off from my iCloud is there anything I can do to get this back?

I can not find out how to do pull a backup from my before this took place. It also deleted all of my files and photos from my MacBook.

See the section get photos from your comfort to iOS device in this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201302

When photos were deleted by your friend from new iPhone , they will move in recently deleted folder in www.icloud.com set up iCloud photo library in Mac see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

Select all photos ( use command and A keys ) in the recently deleted folder right check mark will appear over photos and click on recover , the photos will again move in iCloud photo library folder , then transfer the photos from Mac to an iOS either using air drop or using iTunes ( the method is in the first article ) .

Note : In recently deleted folder photos are kept for 30 days after the time limit they are deleted from the iCloud server .
