Movie rental

I rented a movie and then it reset, telling me the price of renting a movie again. I thought it was acting weird so I went through the process of renting it again, but it did the same thing. The movie is not coming up in my library, but apple charged my card for renting the same exact movie twice in the span of 5 minutes. So at least now I know I know never to try and rent a movie from apple again.

If you’ve been charged it should show up on your purchases (check your purchase history)

and in this link to report it

 reportaproblem.apple.com , 

Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In.

Choose Report a Problem next to the item that you need help with.
