Hi I recently got an Apple Watch series 3 38mm and I have noticed on other people’s apple Watch their apps screen looks like this

instead of this

How do I change this?

Go to your Apple Watch App on your iPhone. Tap General/Accessibility......turn off "ZOOM"/

Probably just turn the Digital Crown to un-zoom the display.

In that case the last place to try is My Watch / General / Text Size. If that doesn’t help you are probably look8ng at unpair and are-pair to reload software and settings.
