IPhone 8 Plus passcode

Every 3 months my iPhone makes me change my passcode. I am not sure why or to stop this from happening. This does not happen to anyone else on my plan.

I'm guessing you have set up a corporate email account on your phone. If that's the case, the administrators can enforce policies on the device, including things like passcode changes.

The only way to avoid that will be to remove the corporate account and/or management profile from your phone.
