How do I Fix a disabled Apple ID account?

My Apple ID now says it’s disabled and I don’t know why or how to fix it

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact iTunes support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
