Picsart Subscription

Yesterday I accidentally clicked to get the picsart gold subscription for $55 but I cancelled the order before it went through. Yet in my account there’s a charge for $55 on iTunes. I went on my apple id to cancel the subscription but it doesn’t show that I bought anything and there’s no subscription. I want to get a refund !!!

If you indeed purchased it, it will be in your purchase history

check your purchase history


there should be an email receipt in your Apple ID email account. From there you can report it


Or visit reportaproblem.apple.com 

Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In.

Choose Report a Problem next to the item that you need help with.
