Can 2 Apple ID's access the same account?

My wife has an Apple account, and our iTunes is on that along with both of my sons' iPhones (and hers). Over the last few years I have loaded most of my DJing collection into her iTunes account, and have created a wide variety of playlists which I use on my iPod, and our boys use on their iPods. I just graduated from a flip phone to an iPhone and would like to set up my own Apple ID, but I do not want to lose access to the music and playlists I have created. Is there a way for 2 Apple ID's to access the same account? If not, is there a way for 2 Apple ID's to access the same iTunes setup? Thanks!
