I am getting a call failed message on my phone. Calls are not getting in or out but I am able to make FaceTime calls. and text messages

I am not able to make or receive calls on my iPhone. I am getting a call failed message. I can make face time calls and text messages

Start here, If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support and you can also contact your wireless carrier.
