iPhone 7 Wifi Connectivity Issues

Hi,

I am unable to turn on my wifi. The wifi on-off button is greyed out and no networks are listed. To try and fix it I have reset the network settings, reset all settings and restored factory settings with iTunes. When I restored my phone there were no wifi networks listed when I was asked to choose a network. What else can I do to fix the problem?
