iTunes billing

I got billed R169.96 from my bank account. I am a student subscribed for the R29.99 iTunes package. I am still on my free trial yet I am already charged so much. may i please receive my refund

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
