is my dads im just trying to help him with the problem. The actual issue is that this mail continuessly arrives in his in box, 50-60 times a day. It was a test he sent himself from an online mail account.
Spot on.
Redirect is one I never use. You can drag it off the tool bar or drag it back.
Mail>View>Customize Tool Bar
The photo is too much of a close up— show a screen shot to show some context.
It is not clear where you are at? Mail — I see no color in the Mail.app
that is Redirect
use it when you want to send a received msg to someone.
do not know how it is different from Forward.
