Lost airpods

I lost my airpods, they are offline and they do appear on find my iphone but it only says “offline” and i can’t see the last location they were used in (i can’t see the grey dot). 2 days have passed and i can’t seem to contact apple and i don’t see anyone with the same situation. I need to see the last location
