Microphone

I have an iPhone 7 and the microphone does not work anymore. I can not use Siri and people can not hear me on phone calls or FaceTime. I have recorded on voice memos and video and there is no sound. It has also stopped letting me use earphones so I can not make any phone calls. I have tried restarting and checking for updates. Nothing has worked. Please could you help?
