Podcasts gone.

I upgraded to the most recent version of iTunes on my Microsoft laptop, and when I click on podcasts, only a few show not all. I looked in the directory on the hard drive and everything is there. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Can't Listen to Podcast, file is missing So, I had an issue with a podcast I've been listening to. For some reason, iTunes only downloaded a small part of the episode, and wouldn't play the rest. Remove download wouldn't work, it just hid the file. So I went into Windows explorer and deleted the files, hoping to fix it. Now it won't let me redownload it, every time I try to listen to it, it just says the file is missing and to locate it, but if I try remove download, it does nothing. Does anyone know how to rescan my library or something? Thanks.

iTunes for Windows podcast content missing from library but showing in recently added. I have several podcasts listed in the Recently added playlist but some are not showing in the Podcasts library. When I click on the download icon in recently added, nothing happens.

iTunes deleting podcasts immediately after download For the past few months, I have been having a problem with iTunes. I never listen to podcasts on iTunes and I have set all podcasts to make sure they aren’t automatically deleted under any circumstances. But now they won’t stay downloaded. I will download them, they will appear in their respective file folder and they will show as being downloaded in iTunes- and them later, they will be gone. The “download” icon in iTunes will be back and all the files I downloaded will be gone from their folders. It’s every file going back at least 6 months. What’s the problem? I am running WIndows 7.
