How do I access my I cloud
Iv heard that all of ur photos get uploaded to the cloud and if you were to delete one that you didn’t mean to delete then you could get it back by going to your cloud and getting it from there

They would only upload to iCloud if you have turned on iCloud Photos on the device (Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos). If you have that turned on, you don't need to go to iCloud to recover; you can open the Photos app on your device, tap "Albums" and then scroll all of the way to the bottom to "Recently Deleted."
iCloud Photos is a syncing service. Any photo you delete from a device where iCloud Photos is turned on will also be deleted from iCloud and from any other device connected to iCloud Photos but is retained in the Recently Deleted album in each location for 30 days. If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but do have an iCloud backup, you can restore the entire phone (not just the photos) from iCloud but you cannot otherwise view the contents of the backup. iCloud: Restore or set up iOS devices from an iCloud backup
