Can I use my app TOMTOM GO without a SIM card?

Going by its own description, it appears you can use it without cell service, for offline navigation.

Though there are some features that appear to require a cellular connection. Namely TomTom Traffic.

Outside of that, it appears you can use it without a cellular connection, and by extension without a sim card.

As mentioned by others, for most accurate answers, its best to Contact TomTom directly for specific info on their own App.

I think so, 'cause TomTom apps use offline maps, but, to be sure, contact TomTom support and ask them.
