New earbuds don’t work with new iPhone
Part of the reason I recently purchased a new iPhone XR was because my earbuds were no longer working in my old iPhone. I have the new earbuds with the new phone and the sound is still muffled—even when the volume is turned all the way up. Yet the same earbuds work perfectly with my iPad! So, there must be some weird setting that I can’t figure out. Please help.
