I can't make or receive calls.
I've gone through two checklists and unsuccessfully tried to chat with Verizon, which wants log-in info I don't have.

Does the phone show 'No Service' or 'Searching'? Have you received any error messages of late? The reason I ask, is that I got that on my old 6S, which I traded-in for an XR. After inserting two new T-Mobile sim cards, Apple determined that the cellular modem was the issue.
I did all that without success.
What sort of log-in info is Verizon referring to? Might they possibly be referring to crash logs/analytic data? If the latter, then go to Settings>Privacy>Analytics>Analytics Data.
I can't get help from Verizon because A) My phone doesn't work and B) Their website wants passwords and such I don't have.
No, it shows what it normally does, and there haven't been any error messages.
