Apple Support for refurbished iMac from Simply Mac

Hello, and Happy Spring!

This week purchased (Simply Mac retailer) a refurbished Late 2015 iMac. Up to now i have always bought brand New Apple products with Applecare plan etc. This time I took out a basic 3 yr Simple Care plan, for repairs and service. Looking for advice as to what the options, length of time post purchase re: communicating with Apple support directly, for any bits of help, advice and tech support (if ever needed!) Thanks.

You do not have an Apple warranty. You have a warranty from Simply. If you have problems covered under the warranty, then you have to take the computer to them for repair. They are also the refurbisher. Apple only sells refurbished products directly online. You will have to rely on Simply for your support. I'm pretty sure Apple will not help you with support.
