Happened to notice this app - ApplicationWork.app Should it be there or was it something that downloaded and not safe or good to be on the Mac? Has an extension in Safari as well.

When Profiles pane opens, select the unknown profile and click the minus button at the bottom.

Run Malwarebytes to remove adware and uninstall the unknown extension
or
rerun EtreCheck, scroll up the sidebar and click the Security button.
