Refund the £9.99 taken for the “free subscription”?

I signed up for the 3 month free trial and was immediately charged £9.99. We have now also signed up to the family subscription as we figured if we had to pay for it anyway we may aswell get it cheaper! We have cancelled the individual subscription but have not been refunded- we have two subscriptions running so please could we be refunded the £9.99 taken for the “free subscription”?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
