Yes, I cleared that cache. This was for CBC.ca. The issue is resolved.
However, I use Adblocker and I had to "Reload Without Content Blockers" which really sucks because I choose not to view ads. It is not fair that a website forces users to view ads.
So it's ads that causes it to not load properly. Fairness aside, companies must have some sort of way to generate revenue. No one likes ads but I can understand if they try to ask visitors to disable adblocker or else. In that case, I'd either stop visiting the site or disable the blocker and continue visiting.
CBC is our Canadian public broadcaster which gats funding from the government. :(
I've visited cbc.ca once or twice before. I'm visiting it right now with my Firefox browser on a desktop PC. I do have AdBlock Plus add-on and it is enabled on cbc.ca site. I have no problem pulling up the website. Perhaps it isn't playing well with mobile browser + Adblocker add-on. Try contacting adblocker support.
My initial comment was regarding iPad. My laptop Safari has no problem with adblocker.
That's what I said:

iPad Safari = mobile browser
It's either that or cbc policy is to not block their ads. If it's the latter, you have no choice but disable the blocker.
