Pop up message - iPhone compromised

I have gotten the same message on two separate phones on my account. We do not have any apps obtained from outside the apple App Store and the devices have never been jail broken. Is this a ploy as those normally seen on a windows pc. Disappointing :-(

If you have installed an unauthorised software or spurious app from internet

Or you have J A I L broken the iPhone

Only then this message is possible.
