I want to return the money that was debited from my account to renew the subscription of the application that I do not use

Your employees have withdrawn from my account for a subscription application which I do not use, please return my funds to me. Since this application was downloaded by mistake, my child

We are fellow users, these are user forums, nobody on here has taken any money from you.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww 


And I assume you've now stopped the subscription's auto-renewal.
