You don't mention the age of the watch. You might need a new battery. First, try resetting your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If that doesn't help, and your bayberry takes a full charge when on the charger, call Apple Support and make an appointment with the Genius Bar.
