see if this works.

In Settings on your Apple TV > Accounts > iCloud

(Make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID

Scroll down to HomeKit and check to see that it says Connected.

If the HomeKit setting reads Not Connected, click to connect.

  • Other things to try:

Sometimes signing out of icloud then back in can resolve issues.

Also restart Apple TV

Reboot your router, unplug for a minute

Or you might have to remove it in the Home App and Set it up again

  • Re the Hue Lighting. If you have the Hue App.

Philips Hue by Signify Netherlands B.V.

  • In settings, scroll down to Homekit to ensure it’s working and there are no alerts indicating a mismatch, if there is click update to merge. Also any updates being asked to perform, you should do those

First start by deleting the non-existent Apple TV in the Home App.

You should only have one that says “connected”, which is most likely your “office” one.

  • In the Home App:

Remove the one saying “disconnected”

Long press on it to bring up details. Scroll down to remove.

  • Now go to you Apple TV and sign out of iCloud in accounts

Restart Apple TV

Then unplug Apple TV for about 6 seconds

  • On your iOS device

  1. In settings > ( Apple ID) Your name> ICloud > Apps using iCloud > Toggle off Home
  2. Sign out of iCloud.
  3. Restart your iOS device.
  4. Once your device is back on, go back into (Apple ID) Your name> Sign back in
  5. In ICloud > Apps using iCloud > Toggle Home back on make sure that iCloud Keychain is turned on

  • Go back to Apple TV and sign back into iCloud.

In settings check it’s set up  to Homekit

  • Go back to Home App to see if Office ATV now says connected

If this fails to resolve it, you will need to remove the other Apple TV from the Homekit and set it up again

Sorry, I just saw you don’t have two Apple TV. This is where you hsve a mismatch.

If it’s showing an extra Apple TV,, delete them both in home App. Not in edit on home page in home app, that only takes it off the home page.

Long press on each to bring up settings, scroll down and tap remove.

Remove both of them, , then you should proceed with set up again.

To be sure, when you say there’s two ATVs in your home App, there’s two in the Same Room it’s assigned to? In the Rooms tab on home app? This would be wrong if you only have one ATV.

If you set it to be a favourite, it would also be in the home tab and room tab. In this case it’s in your home app twice. The favourites (Home Tab) are just for easy access when you launch home app.

Two in the same tab is wrong.
