LCD white dots

Hi if these dots are a hardware issue will Apple replace the screen or whatever needs doing free of charge ?

If your iPhone 6s is still under warranty and Apple determines that the issue with your phone's screen was a manufacturing defect, then it may be possible that the repairs would be done free of charge.

Yes, if the iphone is under warranty, and if it's a manufacturer's defect.
