Forgot my restrictions passcode, how do I reset or recover

I forgot my restrictions passcode my son’s iPhone 5

i want to put the phone back to its factory setting but I have to enter the restrictions passcode.

How can I recover or reset it?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10
