i can't log in to my iCloud account

when i try to log in to my iCloud account i get an error "this apple ID cannot be used to sign in to iCloud, if you have another Apple ID, try signing in with it".

what can i do to sign in?

Can't sign into iCloud account , click on finder > Go > Computer > Macintosh HD > Library > preferences > system configuration then drag and drop Networkinterfaces.plist and preferences.plist to the desktop , restart the Mac .
