Trying to install apps on my new Macbook Air. After I run the installer, it leaves a disk image on the desktop, and when I try to eject it, I get this "cannot eject, disk image is in use" error message. I haven't had this problem with my regular 27" iMac. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the help. I got it sorted. I noticed two icons for Firefox in the Dock - apparently one was pointing to the diskimg and one was pointing to the Applications folder. I launched the second, then was able to remove the first from the Dock and eject the diskimg. Weird, but it works now.

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities, look for Installers or those some Firefox thing.
Occasionally there's been a dialog box open that got hidden behind other windows, so hide your Apps one by one?
Something is still running off the DMG likely the Installer hasn't quit!?
I downloaded Firefox, and it shows in Applications (173MB file, so I assume it's all there). Is there a way to check to see if it's still installing?
