Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I see you have a question about iCloud document storage, and I'm glad to take a look with you.

It looks like you have a significant amount of storage space used by your documents. Have you tried to Use iCloud.com to see what's stored there? You can access iCloud.com from a web browser on a computer. Once you sign in, you can access iCloud Drive to see what is stored there. If you want to free up some space, I have a great resource that should help: Manage your iCloud storage
