Notification problem

I’m having problem on my iphone 8 plus of getting delayed notification. When a important message is sent to me via whatsapp I’m not able to getting it immediately. It has some delays.

I turned on background App Refresh. But still it can’t work even fixed all settings. I feel really very bad. Please give me a solution to fix this problem.
